Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order or using any services offered by Camsco Inc. (“Camsco,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of products by Camsco Inc., located in Houston, Texas. All orders are subject to acceptance by Camsco. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information and pricing; however, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you prior to processing your order. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders affected by inaccurate pricing.

Product specifications, including materials, sorbent types, and dimensions, are described as accurately as possible. Actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances. Custom and OEM orders are subject to separate written agreements.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders placed through our website are subject to product availability. You will receive an order confirmation by email upon successful submission. Payment is due in full at the time of order unless a separate credit or net terms arrangement has been established with our sales team.

For quote requests, a member of our sales team will contact you with pricing and availability. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Houston, Texas via FedEx or other carriers at our discretion. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Camsco is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at solutions@camsco.com within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our sales team at solutions@camsco.com or call 713-983-0200 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Custom and specialty orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Warranty

Camsco warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or use outside of intended application parameters.

Our sole obligation under this warranty is, at our option, to repair or replace the defective product or issue a refund. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camsco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in any matter arising out of these terms shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Camsco Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
