Custom Tube Manufacturing
Approximately 25% of Camsco’s business is custom tube manufacturing. We work directly with environmental labs, instrument manufacturers, government agencies, and research institutions to produce tubes that meet exact technical requirements – from a single prototype run to ongoing production volumes.
Custom orders can specify sorbent blend, sorbent mass, tube material (stainless steel, inert-coated stainless steel, or glass), tube dimensions, capping style, conditioning parameters, and lot-specific certification documentation.
OEM Supply
Camsco supplies OEM tubes to instrument manufacturers and resellers who require tubes built to their brand or instrument specifications. We can produce tubes with custom laser marking, private-label packaging, and instrument-specific conditioning protocols. Our ISO 9001 quality management system supports full traceability and lot-level documentation.
Custom Laser Marking
Every tube Camsco manufactures can be laser-marked with custom text including your part number, sorbent specification, conditioning batch, lot number, or company name. Laser marking is permanent and does not affect tube performance. It is included as standard on all custom orders.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom tubes?
Minimum order quantities vary by tube type and configuration. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements – we work with both small prototype runs and large-volume production orders.
Can Camsco match tubes from another manufacturer?
Yes. We regularly produce tubes to match specifications from Markes, PerkinElmer, SKC, Supelco, and other manufacturers. Use our Competitor Cross-Reference tool to find existing equivalents, or contact us for a custom match if your specification is not in our standard catalog.
What certifications and documentation are available?
Camsco can provide certificate of conformance, sorbent lot documentation, conditioning records, and custom QC reports. Our ISO 9001 quality management system supports full traceability from raw material to finished product.
What tube materials and sizes are available for custom orders?
We manufacture in 1/4-inch and 6mm stainless steel, inert-coated stainless steel, and borosilicate glass. Tube lengths from 89mm to 178mm (3.5-inch to 7-inch) are standard; other dimensions available on request.
